When it came time to sell my house I wanted to use a Broker that knew my area well. I thought that was
important because some people may not see all the benefits of the area upon first glance. I saw Jennifer at
the Montclaire Neighborhood Meeting and she seemed very involved. She was Treasurer of the association
and seemed to know a lot about the area. I had seen some of her signs around the neighborhood and I
thought that she might be a good fit. This was my first house so it was my first time selling and the idea
seemed very daunting at first. I called Jennifer and she came right over and went through the entire
process with me. After that I totally understood what I needed to do and what she would do. She gave me
time to get the house ready for showing and pointers about what buyers were looking for.
During the time that the house was on the market I was commuting to my new job in Columbia everyday.
Most nights it was very late when I got home. Jennifer offered to help me with so many things. She went
above and beyond what her job obligations were and helped me with my dogs when I couldn’t get home in
time and she even met with contractors when I could not make it there during the day. When the offer
came in she called me immediately and went over the contract line by line to make sure that I understood
everything. She was very helpful in the negotiations and I came away from the deal with what I needed to.
Overall it was the best selling experience that I can imagine having and I would recommend Jennifer to

I feel so lucky to have had the opportunity to work with Jennifer Lew in selling my first home. She made
